Our goal is simple: to empower participants with awareness and practical tools to overcome phone addiction and regain control over their digital lives. We want attendees to leave our workshops feeling empowered, not overwhelmed, and equipped with the knowledge that conquering phone addiction is about embracing healthy daily habits.
