Tom Clark

Founder

Tom is a down-to-earth sports lover with a background in Law and International Studies. Tom's interests involve history, politics, sports and reading self-help books. Tom’s interest with phone addiction and well-being began after realising he had a problem whilst studying Law abroad in Italy. After finding his own highly effective and easy techniques for overcoming addiction, Ctrl Your Scroll was born.

 

With a low-key, caring manner that connects with all audiences, Tom is committed to providing Australian Teachers, Students, Athletes and Corporations with the most up-to-date and effective techniques for reducing their screen time and taking back control of their devices.

Xavier Chalkley

Head of Education 

Xavier grew up in Shepparton before moving to Melbourne for University at the start of 2020. After completing a bachelor of Science at Melbourne University, majoring in neuroscience and physiology, Xavier is now studying for a Master of Secondary Teaching at ACU. Hailing from country Victoria, Xavier is a keen sportsman whose laid-back and friendly nature makes him suitable to work with all types of businesses, schools and clubs.

 

Xavier’s passion for working with young people is reflected in his ability to engage and educate others. He provides strategies and techniques that anyone can use to reduce their screen times, combat phone addiction and have healthier relationships with their phones.

Mick Slockwitch

General Manger

A relaxed, motivated, and ocean lover, Mick grew up in Warrnambool, Victoria. He is currently based in Melbourne, working as a project manager and product developer for Softbank Robotics, a robotics and AI automation firm. Constantly surrounded by new and emerging technology, he loves new technology of all kinds! However, he also knows the importance of increasing focus and reducing his doom scrolling.

 

With a passion for learning and mental health, Mick Slockwitch is dedicated to assisting Australian businesses, employees, students, teachers, and athletes to enhance their productivity and well-being. He employs the most up-to-date and effective techniques from "Ctrl Your Scroll" to boost focus and reduce procrastination.
