“After the Ctrl Your Scroll presentation I was able to have a really great conversation about screen time and device usage with my Year 12s. We have been tracking our screen time and trying to all decrease as a group.”

Mel, Teacher,  Mater Christi College

“The Ctrl Your Scroll session that I attended was informative and practical, I walked away with tangible techniques to manage screen time effectively and improve digital wellbeing. The facilitators were engaging and incredibly knowledgeable, it’s obvious that the workshops would be beneficial for audiences of all ages.”
