‘Attended my first Ctrl Your Scroll session this morning and it was more powerful than I thought it would be. I often thought social media and phones are just a problem for young people but the boys talked us through habits and strategies that certainly resonated with me. It has so much potential not just for young people but for families and teachers wanting to help their young people.’
